See what your website is costing you.
Put in your web address. You get back a plain-English scorecard: what is losing you enquiries, who is outranking you in your own county, and the three fixes worth doing first. No call, no obligation, and every fix is spelled out so you can do it yourself.
What is a website scorecard?
A website scorecard is a one-page review of a contractor's online presence, graded on three things: whether the site works on a phone, whether customers can find the business on Google, and whether visitors can actually reach you. It ends with three fixes, ranked by cost to the business.
What the scorecard checks
Does it work on a phone?
Most contractor sites fail at least one mobile check, and the owner never finds out because the site looks fine on their own laptop.
- Load time on cell data, not office wifi
- Whether the phone number is actually tappable
- Layout breaks and overflow on small screens
- Security warnings, broken links, dead pages
Can customers find you on Google?
Most local trade enquiries begin on Google, and the map pack takes the majority of them. If you are not in it, you are invisible to people ready to buy.
- Google Business Profile: complete or half-empty
- Review count and rating against local rivals
- Whether name, address and phone match everywhere
- Who currently ranks above you for your own service
Does it turn visitors into enquiries?
Traffic that cannot reach you is worse than no traffic. You paid to get them there and the path ran out before they could contact you.
- How many taps from landing to contacting you
- Whether anyone can enquire outside business hours
- Whether you show real photos of your own work
- What happens to a missed call or unanswered form
What the report looks like
One page, three grades, and three fixes ranked by what is costing the business the most money. Each of the three areas (whether the site works, whether customers can find you, and whether visitors can reach you) gets its own grade with the evidence behind it.
How it works
- Give us the address: Your website, your trade, the county you work in, and where to send the report. About sixty seconds of typing.
- The checks run: Automated checks look at speed, mobile behaviour, local search position, review standing, and the path from landing to enquiry.
- A person reads it: Someone at Wavefront reviews anything unusual before we say something about your business we cannot stand behind.
- The report lands: One page. Three grades. Three fixes ranked by what is costing you the most money. Yours to keep either way.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the website scorecard really free?
- Yes. No card, no trial, no gated second half. We do it because some people read their scorecard and decide they would rather we handled it. Most do not, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
- Will somebody call me?
- No. The report arrives by email, followed by a short note or two. Tick the box and we will text you when it is ready. Nobody phones you unless you ask us to.
- What if I do not have a website yet?
- Put in your Google Business Profile or your Facebook page instead. We will score what you do have and tell you plainly what a website would change.
- Is a person writing this or a machine?
- Both. The checks are automated so the report comes back quickly. A human at Wavefront reviews anything that looks unusual before it goes out.
- Can I just fix everything myself?
- Please do. Every item is specific enough to act on and none of it is held back. If you would rather it was handled, our plans start at $497 a month, but that is a separate decision.
- What happens to my details?
- We email you the report and follow up a few times. We never sell your information, and a single reply removes you permanently.
